In 2013, Lend Lease relaunched the final release of five prestige homes at Montpelier Place in Manly. The campaign required a fresh new look to promote the lifestyle and location, as well as the homes. outsauce was invited to refresh the campaign branding and supply Lend Lease with a new website and print advertising designs. outsauce also supplied the sales agents with new sales brochures and flyers, signboards and signage.

Greengate develop care-based retirement villages and aged care homes situated in Sydney and Brisbane.

Greengate approached outsauce in 2011 looking for a marketing consultancy that could create a distinctive brand positioning for its developments, and our work on pre-sales marketing material for Greengate’s first independent development was deemed to be an important contributing factor in its almost unbelievably successful launch. On release, stage one of St Brigid's Green sold out in four days - a process expected to take months.

The Australian Newsagents' Federation (ANF) is the peak industry body representing Australian newsagencies.
In 2013, outsauce was subcontracted to develop, build and manage a trade promotion for the ANF. The promotion required in-store promotional material and entry forms as well as print and online advertising. outsauce also designed, built and managed the competition website, with the ability capture entries and announce monthly and major prizewinners.
Elders Home Loans is a national group of finance brokers.
In 2009, outsauce was contracted to design and supply Elders Home Loans with printed sales collateral and POS material, as well as promotional items and uniforms utilising a logo, style guide and stationery templates supplied by their master franchise (Elders Group).
outsauce initially worked with a brand strategist to improve and refresh Elders Home Loans' brand positioning. Once a USP was established, the revised positioning was integrated with the existing Elders brand guidelines to produce a suite of professional marketing materials for the brokers' use.
outsauce also provided Elders Home Loans with a variety of professional services including trade show design and management, signage, and awards and trophies.
outsauce continued to represent Elders Home Loans as their outsourced marketing manager until 2013.
A Mercedes Benz dealership in the heart of Sydney's North Shore, Morrison Motors not only sells one of the world's most recognisable and desirable brands – it has a valuable brand heritage of its own.
Morrisons' in-house marketing manager required an advertising agency that understood the importance of protecting brand heritage, as well as adherence to strict brand guidelines. During 2010 to 2013, outsauce was pleased to develop a number of highly successful ‘sales event’ campaigns for Morrisons, where sales figures continued to surpass the client's targets and expectations.
Additionally, outsauce created brand positioning leveraging Morrisons' heritage and this successfully differentiated Morrisons from other Mercedes-Benz dealerships in metropolitan Sydney. It was applied to marketing material including stationery and invitations, sales collateral, press and radio advertising, and signage.
Waterbrook communities are premium lifestyle resorts located in Sydney. They offer independent retirement living with the services and facilities residents would expect to find in a boutique hotel.
From 2010 to 2011, outsauce provided Waterbook Greenwich and Yowie Bay with a range of printed sales and marketing supplies including newsletters, brochures, stationery and event invitations. Newspaper advertisements were also prepared.
When Yowie Bay II was under construction, outsauce also supplied and installed the construction site signage.
Established in 1963 and well known on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Bill Buckle Auto Group sells vehicles from a range of manufacturers including Audi, Subaru, Toyota and Volkswagen.
From 2009 to 2010, outsauce worked closely with Bill Buckle's in-house marketing manager, providing various marketing and advertising services. Our extensive experience with franchise brand guidelines was of benefit to this busy retailer representing several brands. When Bill Buckle's marketing manager left for Morrison Motors in 2010, outsauce was able to bring the same expertise to working with Mercedes-Benz.
